Step 6: Order Confirmation Signed purchase order with 60% deposit secures your production slot.

Step 7: Mould Creation Precision mould manufacturing commences (2D drawings provided, 60 working days completion).

Step 8: Trial Mould T0 Initial trial run produces T0 samples (2-3 sets) for your evaluation.

Step 9: Client Sample Approval T1 Sample approval with photographic confirmation and return for T1 stage (dimensional verification and vehicle fitment confirmation required).

Step 10: Full Production Mass production begins following your final approval.

Step 11: Quality Inspection Rigorous quality control ensures every component meets specifications.
